How do I get a Personal Shopping appointment?

It’s simple, just e-mail us. All we need you to do is give us 3 different time slots that are best for you and we will pick one. Weekends can get busy, so please allow us as much advance notice as possible.

How should I prepare for my Personal Shopping session?

Start by e-mailing us, then tell us which product or products you’d like to learn more about. You’re welcome to come in with a list of questions, but it’s not necessary. When you arrive at the store, a Experience Specialist will be waiting for you.

Remember, we have access to most every product in our industry, so we will not rest until you are completely satisfied!

What is an Experience Consultant?

Our staff has one of the most challenging jobs in the industry. They are there to enhance the Experience of anyone involved in cycling. This includes an incredibly wide range of enthusiasts.

You may be just looking for a super comfortable bike to ride around the neighborhood once in awhile for exercise or maybe you are a Cat 1 racer, we have the same focus on ensuring your riding experience is enhanced.

This takes much more time, but it is worth it. Believe it or not, there are actually retailers that track the “time per transaction” and grade their employees DOWN when too much time is spent with a customer!

This is one of the most fundamental aspects of our companies mission. We actually WANT to get to know all our customers. This is the only way we can really enhance your riding experience.

There are so many cool products out there to make any riding experience better, we can be much more helpful to our customers the more we get to know them personally.
