We will be starting our exciting spin classes on Tuesday October 25, 2011!
We are proud to announce our refreshed spin class workout program. The class will be taught by our Nationally ranked XTerra winner, Jennifer Hollibaugh.
The class members ride their own bikes on trainers. Cycling computers are encouraged, rear wheel-mounted
speed with cadence is best.
We will be discussing riding and training techniques before, during, and after each class. It’s
kind of like having your own personal trainer.... your just with a great group of people at the same
time.
These are small, intimate classes with lots of special attention paid to each cyclist. Don’t miss
out on this rare and special opportunity.

The classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Concept Cyclery. The starting time is 6:00 PM. The cost is
only $10 per session, $5 if you are a Concept TriClub Member. Come on down and
